    Not primal, but perfectly healthy. Red wine vinegar is superior in most respects, but has a fairly distinct taste.
    Give me liberty. Exploration of other options will be vigorously discouraged.

    Why couldn't vinegar be considered primal? If left alone, coco water will turn into a vinegar. I can imagine that some 'old timer' living close to coco palms would have had opportunity to find and sample that natural vinegar. Same with wine. Grapes left on the vine have been known to ferment.

    I forgot to point out that the coco water needs exposure to air to turn into a vinegar.
