Has anybody done a full pregnancy eating, moving, sleeping, etc. using the "primal blueprint"?
If so, how did it go? Positives? Negatives? How did you deal with doctors who do not approve?
Most importantly, in this post, what was a typical day like exercise wise? What did you do for cardio? Lifting? I keep hearing it's fine to exercise if you have previously, but I'm a bit nervous. I exercised a lot & pretty intensely for a typical "standard american" & I've had 3 friends who have delivered pre-maturely due to over exercising so I'm a bit nervous to keep up the same pace?!?!?!
