Apparently it pays to stay on "best customer" terms with the local farmer.. turn out he runs nets for cod off the harbor and pulled in this fairly good sized lobster this morning so saved it to give me first dibs on it

I am so jealous! You can't buy frozen lobster tails here for less than like $13 each, and I live on the coast. There's a restaurant on the beach that has one of those claw games with live lobsters in a tank. However, I don't know what they're fed or my actual likelihood of catching one of those bastards. Those claw games are impossible...

Well last time I bought Lobster (local fishmonger)I think it was about £12 for a smallish one.. this ones probably equal to two of those
Have told him if he gets any more,...he knows where to bring them

nice score, mate! Cheapest I can get a lobster tail here is $7, and that's when I buy several at a time. Normally they're $10+
