    Sugar-free is not necessarily carb-free...

    Primal Fuel
So, I indulged. I wanted to treat myself and given the cold weather, I wanted a hot cocoa. So I went to Dazbog and got myself a sugar-free hot cocoa. Yay.

Then, after enjoying myself thoroughly, I looked up the carb load....half of my daily allotment for a small. For a small!

I'm gonna have to keep myself very low carb tomorrow to make up for this atrocity.

    Curses!

Of course...there are sugar-free pastries. No way in hell they're carb-free.

I'd think having regular hot cocoa with sugar would probably be healthier than the sugar-free chemicals that are typically used, no?

You could make your own healthy hot cocoa with heavy cream or coconut milk, raw cacao powder, a little raw honey, 100% pure vanilla extract, cinnamon perhaps.

I see that has been suggested above as well!
