I'm on the gut diet and taking supplements and eating fermented yogurt:
Lactobacillus GG - 10 billion per pill
Lactobacillus Acidophilus - 100 million per pill(take like 5-10 a day)
Cabot Greek Yogurt with active cultures(10% milk fat) including Acidophilus, Bifidus, L. Bulgaricus and S. Thermophilus
Dannon plain Yogurt with active cultures including L. Acidophilus
I've start breaking out a bit more is due to die-off or something?
I'm not over washing, have a healthy cat to steal bacteria from play with.
Eating soluble fibers and pectin from apples.

There's no way anyone can answer this. You'll just have to wait and see. But stop eating Dannon. Get yogurt that's just milk & live active cultures. Pectin is okay, but not needed. You get plenty of soluble fibers from vegetable matter.
What is the "gut diet" btw?
