    Primal fats...

    Hey...

I'm going in for an ultra-sound today to see if I need my gall bladder removed. And I know fats are a problem. Am wondering...whether I have it out or not...are avocado and coconut oil still an option? I am guessing I'll have to give up bacon, too. Any other do's and don'ts would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    ~ Sue

Dont do it, it will suck as your GB works out the stones but once it is clear you need the GB. My Doc said to take it out as we should eat a low fat diet then freaked when I told him what I was doing. Cant argue with success. if you can, leave it in.

Skip the surgery. Just dissolve the stones naturally.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

And google it, there are a few different methods to try! Apples/pectin are supposedly a great start.
