5 days in
On day 5, have tried pb before trying to stay much stricter this time.
I wake at 4 am but hold off on eating til 11. 3 meals per day with exception of heavy training bjj or metcon. I add bananna and 2 tbsp natural pb before and protein shake. With nat pb after. Other wise strict meat and veggies with am coffee 3 creams and 1 splenda. Moving slow probably is going to be the hardest to implement. Anyway good luck to everyone on here.
Rolled last night
had leftover spaghetti squash with sauce, ground beef and a little leftover sausage, chicken breast with bacon and protein shake with nut butter and flax after training. down a little over 5 pounds since sun.
