Problems increasing carbs??
As I start to exercise more, I am finding myself having to increase my carb intake. Did anyone have any issues with gas, bloating or carb cravings when trying to increase carbs. Currently I am back to protein, fats, nuts and veggies and am having a lot of problems with blood sugar issues when trying to increase my carbs.
Also how do you know if you need more carbs or not???
Thanks guys!!!

I'm sure someone else will be able to give you a better reply, but if you are exercising more than surely you are just replacing the carbs you have burned off? As long as these are carbs from good sources then I don't see a problem.

Only when I eat grains.
Fruit, potatoes & rice don't bother me.

Why do you need to increase your carbs due to increased exercise? No need to do so... you can get all the energy you need from fat in the form of ketones.
