    I make a salad and do arugula dressed in a creamy maple vinegarette. Throw in some goat cheese, roasted sweet potato rounds (or butternut squash) and some pecans. Top with a poached egg or two.

    So I went with zucchini and butter nut squash pasta, home made pasta sauce and made 'meat balls' with roasted chestnuts, mushrooms, almond meal and one egg!

    Super nice!!

    My "unconventional nature" would make what ever I normally eat... and if they don't want meat, they can feel free to leave it. I find it really interesting that non-vegetarians go out of their way to cook vegetarian meals for vegetarian friends, yet how many vegetarian friends go out of their way and cook meat for non-vegetarian friends? Political correctness isn't my strong suit....
