You should aim for lowish carbs. Protein remains constant at somewhere between 20-30%. Fat makes up the remainder.

As an example, Here's what I ate today
2 avocados
2 duck eggs
12 ounces of fatty rib meat
1 can of oysters
1 box of coconut milk
Fat is 185.5grams, 66% of my calories (it is often higher, if I drink the oil in my pan after cooking veggies in it)
Protein is 151grams, 26% of my calories
Carbs are 47.5grams, 7% of my calories
That's a pretty standard day, except I carb cycle sometimes, so those days have less fat.
