    I'm going on a 1 week yoga retreat!!

    Bad news: It's vegetarian

    I can just see myself stealing away to get me a steak dinner!!

    I think it's a great addition to a healthy lifestyle. I suggest you take some classes at a studio to start...

    I use yoga on my "off" days between running, soccer, and crossfit. I like it to stretch out and maintain my flexibility. Sometimes I'll go to a class, but other times I do it in my living room!

    I found some good videos On Demand through my cable company!

    I did a little yoga and learned how to stretch properly. It is helpful because my back and legs tend to stiffen up from spending time on a treadmill. I would continue if my instructor still had classes that were an easy drive.
