    Exclamation Canola Oil...bad or good?

In my attempt to eat healthier I have been seeing that a lot of product that you can buy in the "healthier" section of the store have canola oil in them. Is that a bad or good thing?

Check out Mark's discussion here: Dear Mark: Canola Oil | Mark's Daily Apple

It is highly processed, and the good fats are likely destroyed by the high heat requird to "deodorize" the oil (yes, really).

watch this, and then ask yourself that same question again

why would you want to eat something that starts out as something DEADLY to humans, but then is somehow "good" after being processed and chemically treated?
