That's a lot of if's and's and but's! I don't know my BF%, but I can see my abs. I usually eat a pound a day, you tell me what a serving is. I vary my macros from time to time, and sometimes do high-fat, high-protein very low carb (less than 20g carb) for days or weeks on end. Meat and fat made me thin, if that's your question. I lost ten pounds by increasing my protein after a long stall.
Is anyone in here under 10% body fat and can say they love meat and eat 5 servings a day with hardly any carbs
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
