    Yes, the potato is cooked and hot. The steak was cooked the night before and was cold. It was a big steak, an inch thick. That's my protein bar and my carb-up. Ha ha.

    Better than mine hahaha. I was in a hurry (lifted over lunch)...so all I got was a can of tuna and a handful of berries. Booooooo! I'll make up for it tonight.

    Well I had a hearty stew to-night for my meaty meal, about a pound of oxtail, pound of braising steak and a pound of beef heart, plus of course crap tons veggies cooked all day in the slow cooker MMMMM meaty (this was a shared meal BTW)
    You know all those pictures of Adam and Eve where they have belly button? Think about it..................... take as long as you need........................

    Yup, Brazillian BBQ tonight. Beef,Lamb,Chicken,sausage,pork, chicken wrapped in bacon, chicken hearts...

    I ran by this site and thought it might make a good addition to the MOAR meat thread. Vegetables Diagnosis: Diet. Makes a good argument for the meat and fruit diet .
