Well, Day 1 over and god I am a big fat cheater in my big fat cheating pants!
Well, Breakkie was eggs and bacon, that was easy.
Replaced my milky tea with ginger tea (grated ginger root with hot water ) sweetened woith agave
Dinner was Jamie Olivers warm red onion salad... (I LOVE it)
Tea was brocolli salad with chicken legs.
Two handful of nuts and about 4 squares of dark chocolate, and a bannana..
My god, I ate so much!!
What is it about me the moment I say 'can't' thats ALL I want? Tsck.
On the upside, had a good swim, and glorious day here so got a walk in at lunchtime.
As I keep saying to myself, its a lifestyle change, keep at it until it becomes the way you live, and dont stress the small stuff.
Glued to the TV, hope they're OK in NY.. now THAT is something to worry about.. everything else is juat stuff..
