I can't believe that in all of the plant kingdom, there isn't something that a person likes. Crunchy, leafy, squishy, juicy. Baked, sauteed, steamed, stir fried with meat or fish. Doused in butter or bacon fat. Green, yellow, orange, purple. Dressed with lemon, luscious oils from olives and avocados, a myriad of artisanal vinegars. Topped with sharp, shaved cheeses.

I do always prefer to eat green leafy vegetables rather than meat and chicken. I think vegetables are enriched with nutrients that we really require and also less disease prone. I have stopped whining...and enjoying my veggies.

Drown it in enough oil, grease, or dressing, and the taste won't bother you. Or pick a veggie you like and eat the damn thing. Even a kid has a veggie they'll eat. Eat the vegetation.

I simply CANNOT imagine that there is absolutely NO vegetable and NO preparation method that you will eat. You haven't tried hard enough. Try again. Seriously. IT'S NOT THAT HARD. If you won't eat something, try something else. No, stop it. You heard me. DO IT AGAIN. UNTIL YOU GET IT RIGHT.
