    Red Bell Pepper Chips?

    Thoughts on these?
Brad's Raw Foods — Red Bell Pepper - Brad's Raw Chips
I've tried them and they're really delicious, but was wondering how paleo they are... they contain buckwheat groats which Mark has written about, noting that they're really a fruit and not a wheat/grain.
If I keep my carbs within the healthy range, is there anything to worry about with these?

    Thanks!

Well, it's not the worst processed food.

However, if you're actually paying $6.99 for a 3 oz. bag, that works out to $37.28/lb. It's one of the reasons that I shun snack foods.

Who says back fat is a bad thing? Maybe on a hairy guy at the beach, but not on a crab.

No dealbreaker ingredients but the issue with dehydrated carbs is the lack of a satiety brake. Potatoes and bananas are ~80% water so I'd rather "spend" carbs on them.
