yummo. I just discovered "poachies" so I am keen on poached egg recipes. these photos are making me salivate!

Nice thread. I haven't gotten tired of eggs yet, I eat 3 or 4 everyday. Waiting for my spring chicks to start laying! Even my daughter asks for eggs now she comes home from school. Love the picture of scotch eggs, my favorite for camping trips any time of year, good hot or cold, especially with some chileno hot sauce.

Eggs benedict! Poached eggs covered in more egg yolk and butter? How can you go wrong?! Also, use your blender to make hollandaise like this.

Instead of the obligatory english muffin, we put ours on top of:
root veggie hash
salmon filets
lox and cream cheese
asparagus
wilted spinach
back bacon.. or just bacon

Or pretty much anything else in the entire edible world. (Disclaimer: not responsible for unpalatablity of unorthodox combinations )

I like mine over bacon (either type) on broiled tomato halves.

I like to hard boil a couple and throw them in with baby greens, tuna, shrimp, avocado, and bacon.

You can never go wrong with eggs! My fav is leeks, mushrooms with eggs!

I am going through a phase of having my poached eggs on shredded ham. I can't eat them alone and its good to have something for the yolk to spill on.
