So, tomorrow morning weigh, measure and BF . Deficit of calories for week = 4775.
According to conventional wisdom, I should have lost 1 1/2 lbs. I know I lost more than that as the first couple of days I really dropped. Might have been carry over from the potato's as some have reported dropping weight even after they quit.
