Suggestions for Ground Veal
I have a pound of ground veal, and have never eaten it before so I'm looking for suggestions. I've found a few recipes for meatballs, but that's about all. Are there any better ways to cook it?
for all intents and purposes, you have ground beef.

I have a recipe somewhere where you mix ground veal with herbs, put it on top of liver, cover the whole thing in bacon and then bake it in the oven.

Anything you can do with beef mince, you can do with veal mince.

I bet it would make an awesome spaghetti squash bolgonese I might mix it with a bit of grass-fed ground beef, or not.
a mushroom and bacon bolognaise.
sausages? I've just posted about the poaching method and that would work well if you add extra fat to the mix. Veal is very lean.
