I usually binge once a day. Feels great! A 3000 calorie-meal hits the spot every time. Then - a 20 to 23 hour fast. Feels great! I don't do it every day. Now that it's winter I'm hungrier, so I'll eat a little something when I get home from work. But it's easy in the summer. For me. A young-ish male.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
