Whilst not a HUGE fan of "Paleo puddings", I quite like these pancakes for a nice savory breakfast. They'd likely be nice sweet, too, if that's your thing!

Garlicky Bake with Eggs Poached into it. This stuff is AWESOME. I can't stress how good it is. Probably my best invention yet. TRY IT!

I really like your creativity and ideas. Very cool.
Quick note - I think you left the eggs out of your ingredients list for the garlic poached egg thingy on your blog.![]()

Spiced Scratchings.
http://onepoundmeals.blog.com/2012/1...y-scratchings/
These can be made with any fat off red-meats and some fats from poultry. They're slightly salted, can be seasoned EXACTLY how you like them and are otherwise pure fat, making them a healthier snack to have when you have a "crisp" craving.
They're also quick and easy to make and technically FREE. If you cut any fat off a meat-cut (maybe it was "too" fatty, or you're just not big on fat), if you're making a casserole that'd make your fats rubbery, so you remove them, if you've collected the fats that nobody else would eat, but don't fancy them without the meat or if your butcher gives you the odd lump of fat for free: that's 99.999...% of the scratchings for free.
Oh, AND you get some rendered lard/tallow/dripping to cook with, too.
And they're LOADS better than crisps, anyhow.

Yum. I got some of them when I rendered some fat last week. I put them in some spaghetti squash with a little cream cheese and they were a great addition to a rather bland and uninspired (I was tired) dish.![]()
