Great find. Thanks!
So I have been contemplating getting into some of the kettlebell competitions, so I thought I would go back and do the RKC Rite of Passage Program. Re-read Enter the Kettlebell and was going to sit down and try to write out the program from the book on some paper (not very laid out in the book). Being the computer guy I am, before I did that, I decided to google and see if anyone had allready done that. Found this great link

I've been thinking about giving the rite of passage program a shot too. Thanks for the link

Cool! Enter the Kettlebell is an awesome book; it's what first got me into focused exercise.

That link you found seems to be an illegal upload and sharing of the file. The guy who wrote it is selling it on his site.
