We just discovered a brand called Liberté Méditerranée - it's 11% fat and crazy good!! They have a FB page too.

Kalona is by far the best I've tried. I buy both the plain and the vanilla (which is surprisingly low in sugar). There's a Natural Grocers nearby that carries it. The Whole Foods in our area carries other Kalona products, but not the yogurt.

I also buy the Stonyfield organic whole milk yogurt. Kroger has it in the "health food" section and it's like $3.79 for a fairly large container.

Look for the yogurt aimed for babies, Yo Baby comes to mind, and there is a Greek one called Little Champions that comes to mind. It's so frustrating how fewer and fewer options are out there these days.

Why is there no FAGE in Canada???? I am so frustrated by that. I had it when I was in Serbia last summer and loved it.

For now I stick to my 2% Oikos (Danone). I think it has the best taste. I tried the Greek Gods (10%) but I found it tasted like sour cream, not yogurt, in which case I may as well buy actual sour cream (much cheaper). I also haven't seen the Liberte Mediterannee 11% on my grocery shelves, either. Stupid Canada....

Whole milk is approx 4% fat. How can yoghurt have 11% fat except by having cream added?
Four years Primal with influences from Jaminet & Shanahan and a focus on being anti-inflammatory. Using Primal to treat CVD and prevent stents from blocking free of drugs.

Eat creatures nose-to-tail (animal, fowl, fish, crustacea, molluscs), a large variety of vegetables (raw, cooked and fermented, including safe starches), dairy (cheese & yoghurt), occasional fruit, cocoa, turmeric & red wine

I don't go to Whole Foods. I can afford nothing there.
