    I got my abs from intermittent fasting and ketosis. I only do 20 to 30 minutes of abs per week, the secret is mostly fat loss.

    ab muscles respond like other muscles. If you want bigger abs you have to stress them the same way you do your pecs. That can mean using progressive weighted incline setups or weighted cable crunches.
