    Sourcing Mac Nuts

    Primal Fuel
Where do you get/order macadamia nuts from? I can't find anything local and am looking to order online. Wondering about raw versus roasted. (I like some nuts raw...walnuts, pecans, almonds but hate cashews raw!)

    Gimme some nuts!

Have you checked the farmer's markets? That's where I get mine, and I live just slightly south of you

I use nuts.com, too. I compared their macs against the raw macs I got locally (food co-op), and their nuts taste fresher. Since rancid old nuts are a problem, I go with fresher whenever possible.

Both whole foods and trader joe's have macadamia nuts. They are a lot cheaper at trader joe's. I love macadamia nuts, I go roasted and salted. It probably isn't the healthiest way to eat them but they taste SOOO much better that way.

Luckily for me, Tesco does them in most stores. Expensive, at £2.50 for a small bag, but damn tasty.
