    Any one try this yet. A combination of spriting and superslow - at the same time! Looks interesting. The guy loks in pretty good shape for an older dude.

    I am totally waiting to see someone doing this at the gym. Preferably while I'm resting so that I don't drop a barbell on myself when I fall over giggling.

    He tries to combine two things that I don't think should be....To explain: Super slow resistance training works! (HIT/BBS). It really does and its an awesome way to improve strength and increase the all vital mitochondria. HIIT (high intensity interval training) also rocks! Just cause the two things work does not mean you can use them together. In fact if your looking at anti-aging technique RULE ONE IS DO NO HARM.....that overhead press while pumping his legs is freaking DANGEROUS. Maybe great exercise for a cornerback...not so hot for a middleaged man trying to prevent degenerative diseases.

    Bottom line is his concepts mix things that actually go together as well as oil and water. Superslow works. Do 5 pullups with a 10/10 cadence and lie to me about how you didn't "feel it"...seriously...get to five and color me impressed. The bicycle thing though is its own entity (sprints). Do it separately so you don't hurt yourself.
