    Void = medical term for urinating. Anything above what your body needs, your body just pees it out. If that isnt what nigel meant...then sorry. Im still an 85% girl myself, even if my body gets rid of the extra...

    Reading this thread made me grab a bar of 90% chocolate today. Hadn't had any in a couple of weeks...

    Yes, I know what void means. I was asking specifically what nutrients in >76% are not being used by the body.
