This 78% is the highest percentage of chocolate I could get my hands on.

I read somewhere the Swedish research was showing that 76% is optimum. Above that your body just voids it, below it and you're not getting the most benefit. I sit to be corrected.

Void = medical term for urinating. Anything above what your body needs, your body just pees it out. If that isnt what nigel meant...then sorry. Im still an 85% girl myself, even if my body gets rid of the extra...

Yes, I know what void means. I was asking specifically what nutrients in >76% are not being used by the body.
