    I went a week with <75g of protein daily due to unavoidable reasons and didn't work out. should I continue my strength training any different? Little lighter?

    I wouldn't go lighter on purpose. Just do what you can do - your body will tell you when it's had enough.

    No, I think as long as you eat enough to support your training now that you're back at it, you should be fine. One week off training with less than ideal eating isn't the end of the world.
