Rankings of 25 popular diet plans.... guess which one came in dead last

U.S. New and World Report recently evaluated 25 popular diet plans.

Top-Rated Diets Overall | US News Best Diets

Paleo came in DEAD LAST. That's right, below things like Slim Fast, Jenny Craig, Medifast, etc. My blood boiled when I saw the rankings.

Yep. And also, everyone knows that a good diet plan comes with a shake that tastes like sh*t, a short list of approved foods and even smaller list of approved quantities of said food, explosive diarrhea, and dehydration. If you take out those, how good of a diet plan could it be?
If I just said LOL, I lied. Do or do not. There is no try.

I wouldn't say recently. That was a while ago. The vegetarian/vegan communities vandalized the hell out of the no button for the Paleo diet.

Well, Paleo works for me, and well, more meat for us.

If other people want to be fat while choking down Oatmeal and Whole Grain Bread.... so be it!

You guys didn't know this? U.S. News & World Report has been running this annually for a few years, now.

Yeah, I don't think that Mort Zuckerman's publication wants its well-meaning but gullible Christian readers to be healthy and productive. Nor does anybody who runs the mainstream media (hence, their encouragement of the S.A.D. and lipid hypothesis, and their mockery of anybody who dares speak the truth).

The really sad thing? The same good people in the Primal/paleo movement who see how bogus this is? Many of those very same people will be looking to the mainstream media's other lists (such as the "best colleges") and showing it to others as the paragon of truth and validity.

Many Americans are simply addicted to the mainstream media and pop politics, in my opinion.

But it is good to see, in this one instance, some people able to dismiss it as the trash that it is.

That's good news. Maybe we'll steal the #24 spot next year.

Yes -- well, eating meat and plants in these modern times is so difficult.

At this point, I don't care what society thinks of paleo. So long as I get to eat it, I'm happy.
