I have very little doubt that they measured the diet versus the "Gold standard" (I almost choked laughing at myself for that turn of phrase) of the USDA's RDA... which automatically makes this null and void.
When you start in a position of inverted values, everything you compare it to will look upside-down.

Initial Weight When Starting Primal: 275 lbs
Current weight: 210.8 lbs
Goal weight: 220 lbs (or less): MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.

I've read this before. They clearly did no research on it and then you've got all the vegans down voting it so no wonder it ends up at the bottom.

I'm not sure where vegetarians get their fruits and veggies, and not sure where South Beach dieters get their meats.
