I have very little doubt that they measured the diet versus the "Gold standard" (I almost choked laughing at myself for that turn of phrase) of the USDA's RDA... which automatically makes this null and void.

When you start in a position of inverted values, everything you compare it to will look upside-down.
Peak weight on Standard American Diet: 316.8 lbs
Initial Weight When Starting Primal: 275 lbs
    Current weight: 210.8 lbs
Goal weight: 220 lbs (or less): MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.

The way "ChooseMyPlate.gov" should have looked:

That's good news. Maybe we'll steal the #24 spot next year.

    I don't even care.

Haters gonna hate, but you can't argue with results. I'm stronger, leaner, fitter, and more energized than I've ever been in my life. I must be doing something right.

"...duplicating such a regimen in modern times would be difficult."

Difficult to hunt and gather all of your food in modern times? You don't say.

I've read this before. They clearly did no research on it and then you've got all the vegans down voting it so no wonder it ends up at the bottom.

Amen. People can criticize my lifestyle when they look better than me, if not, then they can mind their own flipping business.

Yeah, you know, grocery stores arehard to find. Most don't sell meat, fruit and veggies. I'm not sure where vegetarians get their fruits and veggies, and not sure where South Beach dieters get their meats. I guess they just eat grains??
