Can I warm-up for 5 minutes, do 6 sets of sprints, and call it a day? Can I do that 6 days a week(rest on Sunday).
I really want to tone my calves and legs, and even increase calf size if possible, but through sprinting.
I love sprinting and want to do it every day. I just want to know if it would be alright though?
I get about 80 carbs or less a day, mostly from milk.
