Plug in the numbers and see....plus there is already a thread on this.
Lots of slow movement, lift heavy thing and play...other than that don't worry.
Hi
after i read this
Why You Shouldn't Burn More Than 4,000 Calories a Week | Mark's Daily Apple
i ask my self if what am doing right or not?
this is my routine:
Day 1: lift weight for 30 min + swimming for 30 min + Stretching exercises x4 times a day.
Day 2: Stretching exercises x4 + sprinting for 5 min + swimming for 30 min.
Day 3: lift weight for 30 min + swimming for 30 min + Stretching exercises x4 times a day.
Day 4: Stretching exercises x4 + sprinting for 5 min + swimming for 30 min.
Day 5: lift weight for 30 min + swimming for 30 min + Stretching exercises x4 times a day.
Day 6: Stretching exercises x4 + sprinting for 5 min + swimming for 30 min + hiking a mountain.
Day 7: only stretching exercises and REST.
What my workout look like:
A
Squat 5×5
Pull-ups 5xFailure (add weight if “Failure” is becoming more than 12 reps)
Overhead Press 5×5
B
Squat 5×5
Deadlift 1/2/3×5 (your choice; deadlifts can be incredibly taxing, and with exhaustion comes poor form, so be careful; sometimes it’s better to do a really heavy load for a single set)
Bench Press 5×5
C
Squat 5×5
Pull-ups 5xFailure
Overhead Press 5×5
