So, I've noticed that I do much better when I log daily, so I'm back to doing just that. This is my new Primal Journal.

Exercise:
1.5 hour walk with my dog

Meal #1: 1600 hrs
4 strips of pasture pan-fried pork belly, 4 organic pasture eggs scrambled in butter with 35% organic cream, hot sauce, sea salt and pepper with some shredded 6yr old raw cheddar from Quebec. Served with two cups of Ethical Bean's Rocket Fuel coffee with 35% organic cream.
