OK, who is like me and owns ramekins but never uses them as intended?

I found this recipe on NomNom Paleo today and it was good:

Preheat oven to 400
Saute onions/mushrooms
Add sausage mix of choice and brown until just losing pink
toss in baby kale and wilt
Add marinara and heat
Spoon into individual ramekins
Make depression in each and crack egg on sausage mix; season with salt/pepper
Bake for about 10 minutes until egg is set.

I've been loving these baked egg recipes. I'm also making a squash version tomorrow which uses the acorn squash shell instead of the ramekin.
