This is great when you are craving deluxe pizza. It's different enough from pizza that it's not like eating "weird pizza" it more like "mmmmm... This chicken tastes like pizza!"
Boneless skinless Chicken breasts, either whole or split so they are thinner (gives you more surface are for toppings)
Put in baking dish with a little oil of choice coating the dish.
Top with a pizza or tomato sauce- maybe about a tablespoon per chicken breast.
We like these toppings:
Diced onions, green or red bell peppers, sliced black olives, pepperoni, mozzarella.
Bake in the oven at 350 for 40 min or until chicken is done.
Let rest for at least 10 min so it firms up a bit.
