    I get bacon from a local farmer who raises hogs on pasture, and sells bacon that's smoked but not cured with sugar. It rocks.

    If I could have a freezer full of pork bellies at all time, I'd be one happy dude.

    Agreed with others here. I get my bacon from the farmers market which is smoked and uncured. I also picked up a 3kg (6.6lb) pasture pork belly. I love pork belly. If you can't get uncured bacon, try pork belly. Mmm. Pork
