    If you have access to an Indian store or aisle in the grocer, they sell garlic paste. Saves a lot of work.... I buy it in quart jars, and they last about 2 months before I run out, LOL.

    I made chicken wings on Sunday. No sauce at all. I coated them in olive oil, spenkled with a little kosher salt, course black pepper, garlic powder and hungarian paprika and baked them at 375 for 30 minutes, flip, season and bake. Delish....
