    I am into Urban Hiking.

    I regularly get 30-50 miles in a week, depending on my occupations.

    I am also into nutrition as well.

    Urban Hiking - walking whenever possible.

    Yes I also enjoy Oxford Street Nigel.

    I am an on off vegan/carnivore Wayne.

    Looking to get into a more vigorous sport - maybe gym or cycling.

    Ex-smoker (pipes/ cigarettes) - now want my lungs back.

    I started with HIT rowing back in March. Then in June I found Body by Science and began strength training. I'll be going for my 15th session later today. Now that I've got a little bit of fitness back, I bought Your Body is Your Gym and am looking to up the pace a bit when I've finished reading it. Don't know where I'm going to be able to fit a bar to do Pull Ups though.......

    I gave up 34 years ago on duty frees in Germany. It's supposed to take about 12-15 years before the body is completely free of all the effects from smoking.

    Pipe smoking is great fun. I am not a puritanical, but fed up of feeling like crap, and being lectured and frowned upon by goody 2 shoes types.

    BTW use an e-cigarette now.
