    Thank you I've never made bone broth, but could I make like a quick version of it? or in order to really get the nutrients do I have to let it cook for a really long time?

    My mother in law's tortas. Handmade bolillos (nearby tortilla factory), crockpot beef, homemade chile, avocado, iceberg lettuce, and tomatillos. She makes it about once a month, and I enjoy the hell out of it each time.
