I was gifted a set of dumbbells for my birthday, and I used them often for about two weeks. Then I went backto bodyweight because I love pushing myself hard using leverage and gravity. But out of idle curiosity, could anyone advise me on a clean and simple full body dumbbell routine? I follow PBF+progressive skill work right now, but I'd like to augment my training with these weights.
