i only got up to four pull ups because my reps were so low to begin with. when i'm doing something unproductive, like watching tv, on commercial breaks i did 1 pull up or chin up, varying my grip. not as much time to do it during the week because of school though. about to test my max soon with 40 pounds in a weight vest and do a grease the groove variation with that.
1) After you do four, do you attempt another set?
2) how many times in a week do you perform chin ups?
3) do you go to failure?
