Done. I got the sandbag into my new apartment so I've been getting some of that in there. I'm not too creative so your site has helped a lot with ideas. I still mostly stick to zercher squats and other squat variations (over the shoulder, etc) but fuck do I feel those! I need to get more sand and start working some heavy carries and stuff like that. The sandbag is such a challenge, I love it.
It's amazing what a difference making the bag heavy does to a number of exercises. I think it's so awkward that when you get "heavy" it really unlocks some serious challenge. For me, bear hug squats and basic ground-to-overheads are a fave at the moment.
And the sandbag and carries go together like cheese and crackers. I often do a 100kg bear hug carry for 25m, 25 Push Ups, 5 Round medley.
