Im in week 2 of convict conditioning. Doing wall pushups I just did 2 sets of 30. This is much harder than you might imagine! In the 2nd set my arms were getting a bit shaky, and as I progressed the left one in particular really 'wobbled' on the push out -- I leant into it more (ie put more weight on) and thi seemed to help, but then the left shoulder at the front started to feel like it was being worked hard.
Is pushing on through shakes a good or bad idea?
Is that shoulder thing the wrong muscles being recruited, or maybe just an imbalance becoming noticeable? (i am very weak in the left shoulder).
