I'm wondering how creamy everyone here likes their homemade coconut milk. I've seen recipes online that call for ratios anywhere between 1:1 and 1:4 by volume (one cup shredded coconut: one cup hot water for 1:1). In the past, I've made it 1:2, but this last time, I made 3:4, but I've yet to try it.
I'm curious as to how you like it and why.
