For those of you who don't eat fish and take Omega 3 supplements, how much do you take a day?
I use Paleotrack to track all the food I eat, macro and micro nutrients and it always says I have consumed too many O6s so I keep ipping my O3 supplement. I just dont know if you can take too much O3.
i hate fish and all sea food, so I need to supplement. Been eating paleo for just 12 days and already feel the difference!
You can use CVS Alga 900 DHA if you don't like fish oil. It's the only plant source of O3 that isn't ALA; your body doesnt use ALA. On a primal diet most of you O6 will come from nuts.
Would I be putting a grain-feed cow on a fad diet if I took it out of the feedlot and put it on pasture eating the grass nature intended?
