So, ill just make this brief. Ive been dabbling in paleo/primal for about a year now, but went completely strict with it a little over a month ago. I started at 210 and have been weighing myself daily(not recomended). I am at 198.5 lbs. Woo hoo! Not bad eh? 12 pounds in one month. I have done some intermittent fasting and do about 3-5 hours of low intesity cardio about 4 times a week. The fasting is pretty awsome for kickstarting fat burning and is not as bad as I thought it would be. My goal is to get into the low teens or single digit body fat range. Im not setting a wieght goal, just basing it on how lean I look. Anyway, im looking forward to chatting with you all. Thanks for your time.
