Hi there!

I've pretty much started this in an extreme way because I was completely frustrated two days ago with myself. So I created an account and pretty much ate only chicken, eggs and bacon for the last 48 hours. Today I allowed myself two cups of milk ( I usually drink a lot of milk) & tomorrow I will also include some tomatos and cucumber ( but no more milk) . Although, and this is my actual question, I slept a lot I felt sort of tired and weak during the last 48 hours. should I be concerned?? Or is this feeling normal and will go away in a few days?
