And if it comes right down to it and you can't do the low carb thing then just remember: the important thing is eating real food. As log as what you're eating is meat, vegetables and fruit you should be fine (although too much fruit and you'll probably gain weight if you're a thing like me).
In all of the universe there is only one person with your exact charateristics. Just like there is only one person with everybody else's characteristics. Effectively, your uniqueness makes you pretty average.
