Okay, I'll do one here. But I have to stop as soon as my legs cramp even if nothing else is even tired yet.
12 seconds. Both of my thighs began to cramp simultaneously. Yes, I can hold an L-sit for 30 seconds at least, do up to 20 chin-ups, 45 push-ups and sometimes one-armed chin-ups, 10 to 15 clapping plyometric chin-ups, plyometric dips, and more - but if it takes legs - count me out.
And now that I did that, I might randomly start cramping again any time in the next few hours. I've taken my magnesium, but you never know.
The best part? There's no cure. I'm basically fitness-impaired for life. I lay down muscle like a champ but can't use my legs for much more than walking without tragedy. Its hilarious. I'm so proud of how healthy I am, the way I eat, etc., but have no chance of joining a gym, sport, or even running around outside for more than a few minutes. I can play on monkey bars for an hour or more. But even one weighted squat? Better have a spotter with a baseball bat ready to beat my legs when they turn to iron.
